From the years 2002-2005, John had apprenticed under successful inspection companies and has inspected thousands of homes. He is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors- ASHI and the National Radon Safety Board- NRSB. John is licensed in Missouri and certified in Kansas to perform visual Wood Destroying Insect inspections. In addition, John is registered with the Kansas Home Inspection Registration Board.
In the 17 years previous to home inspecting, John worked in the construction field where he had overseen and constructed many new housing developments & exsisting home additions, inspected sub-contractors workmanship for code compliancy, and performed any necessary "pick-up"work.
BHI is always striving to gain new knowledge in the home inspection field. John is thorough and will check over 400 items during a whole house inspection. He understands how homes work and can relay that information to homeowners in a clear and respectful manner.
